Mesh Korea, a smart logistics company that operates a food delivery service called VROONG, will participate in Amazon Web Services’ joint sales program to gain momentum in the global solution business. By joining hands with Amazon’s IT service management wing, VROONG’s smart logistics solution can be connected to various global partners.
VROONG Transportation Management System (TMS) is an artificial intelligence-based system that can accurately predict mileage and arrival time using a geographic database.
It analyzes various factors of the route including dangerous areas that should be avoided. Business operators can quickly respond to the rapidly changing logistics environment.
Amazon Web Services (AWS) Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Accelerate is a joint sales program for business partners that provide software solutions on AWS. Mesh Korea will provide an integrated solution of VROONG TMS and a web-based warehouse management system.
Mesh Korea said in a statement on 22 February that the selection of the AWS ISV Accelerate program established a bridgehead for entering the global market. Using AWS’ global network, VROONG TMS can be adopted by various companies around the world. Mesh Korea can also discover new business models through collaboration with global companies.
“We will continue to secure competitiveness by further upgrading the features of the VROONG TMS engine,” Mesh Korea chief technology officer Kim Myung-hwan was quoted as saying.
