Federal Express Corporation, one of the world’s largest express transportation companies, has announced the appointment of Bianca Wong as the new Regional Vice President for Southeast Asia. Formerly serving as Vice President of Human Resources for Asia Pacific,
Bianca steps into her new role as she succeeds Audrey Cheong, who took on the position of Vice President for FedEx China in September 2024.
With over 22 years of experience in human resources and business partnership roles across diverse industries, Bianca has a proven track record of delivering strategic leadership and operational excellence. Her new role will see her managing FedEx’s operational strategies across one of its fastest-growing markets.
She will lead more than 4,000 team members across multiple markets and territories in the region, focusing on business transformation and the implementation of corporate strategies.
“I am honored to take on this new challenge and to continue transforming FedEx for what’s next by driving our growth and commercial success,” said Bianca Wong. “Southeast Asia is a vibrant region with immense growth potential. Together with our strong and talented team, we will continue to deliver service excellence to meet the evolving needs of our customers while continuing our mission of connecting people and possibilities in this dynamic business environment.”
Bianca’s appointment highlights FedEx’s People-First philosophy, which focuses on nurturing leadership from within and ensuring a strong talent pipeline to guide the company through the ever-changing logistics landscape. Under Bianca’s leadership, FedEx aims to enhance its operations in Southeast Asia, positioning itself to create smarter supply chains and meet the future demands of its customers.
